ABOUT Pizza paratha RECIPE

These healthy pizza parathas full of colorful vegetables,cheese and wheat flour are a delight for kids as well as elders when packed in lunch box.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour-2 cups
  2. Oil-1 tbsp
  3. Salt
  4. Capsicum(red,green)-1/2 cup
  5. Onion-1/2 cup
  6. Corn-1/2 cup
  7. Mozzarella cheese-1 &1/2 cups
  8. Salt
  9. Oregano-1 tsp
  10. Chilli flakes-1/2 tsp
  11. Pizza sauce-2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 CUPS WHEAT FLOUR,SALT AND 1 TBSP OIL AND KNEAD A SOFT DOUGH.
  2. GREASE THE DOUGH AND COVER.
  3. PREPARE 1/2 CUP CAPSICUM,CORN,ONION,2 TBSP OLIVES,1&1/2 CUP MOZARELLA CHEESE,1 TSP OREGANO,SALT,2 TBSP PIZZA SAUCE AND CHILLI FLAKES.
  4. PUT ALL INGREDIENTS FOR STUFFING IN A MIXING BOWL AND MIX WELL.
  5. ADD A TBSP OF PIZZA SAUCE AND MIX.
  6. ROLL OUT A SMALL CIRCLE FROM DOUGH.
  7. SPREAD PIZZA SAUCE AND PUT SOME STUFFING IN THE CENTER.
  8. GATHER THE SIDES AND CLOSE THE STUFFING.
  9. DUST SOME FLOUR AND LIGHTLY ROLL INTO A THICK PARATHA.
  10. PUT ON A HOT SKILLET TO ROAST ON MEDIUM FLAME.
  11. TURN AFTER A MINUTE.
  12. APPLY OIL AND TURN TO ROAST PROPERLY.
  13. APPLY OIL ON OTHER SIDE ALSO.ROAST BOTH SIDES TILL BROWN SPOTS APPEAR.
  14. CUT PIZZA PARATHA INTO SMALL PIECES TO PACK IN LUNCH BOX.
