Love is in the air , so are these easy chocolates , woo your loved one with this gift or serve as dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 10

White chocolate cut into small pieces
Dark chocolate of ur choice , cut in small pieces
A t. sp. Of dried orange zest OR lime zest OR nutmeg powder ( use only one flavor )
1 t sp. Butter + sum for greasing ur moulds
1 tablespoon Strawberry Preserve or jam

Instructions

Heat butter in a small pan on very low , add your zest or nutmeg (/use any one only ). Basically we r infusing butter with flavor.
Melt both chocolates on a double boiler.
Grease ur moulds
Add melted Flavored butter on dark melted chocolate , mix
In the mould add ur dark chocolate just half then drop of jam then add another spoon of white chocolate.
Repeat to all , take a toothpick and make a swrill , to give marble effect. But dont disturb the center as there is jam.
Set it in fridge for an hour , take out and wait 5 - 10 minutes , before dmoulding . vollaa its perfect to wrap and woo ur loved ones or just serve to ur Valentines as starter or a desserts.
If u dont have a chocolate mould , dont worry just line any medium pan with butter paper / tracing paper , and make effect as wrote above.
