About Indian Valentine cake Recipe

This cake has wonderful flavours of coconut and beetroot.

Indian Valentine cake

Ingredients to make Indian Valentine cake

  • 1/2 cup Beet root, grated
  • 1/2 cup coconut powder
  • 2 glass Milk
  • 2 cups Feeka mawa
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 2 pinch cardamom
  • For garnishing:
  • Chopped dry nuts

How to make Indian Valentine cake

  1. Take two separate pans add in first pan 1 glass of milk, coconut powder, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 cup mawa, 1 tsp cardamom.
  2. Now cook on medium flame till they leave sides of pan.
  3. In the other pan and add 1 glass milk, beetroot , 3tbsp sugar, 1 cup mawa and cardamom. Cook till it leave the side's. Of pan.
  4. Now take a heart shape cutter or mould . Spread first coconut layer than beetroot layer.
  5. Spread evenly with the spoon back side's.keep in refrigerator for 1/2 hour .
  6. Now take out from cutter and garnish wtih dry nuts.
