  • Mustard sauce- 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato sauce- 1 tsp
  • Chopped parsley or coriander
  • Seasoning- black pepper, salt, chilli flakes, dried herbs
  • Grated ginger - just for the flavour
  • Boiled peas - 1/4 cup
  • Grated carrot - 1/4 cup
  • Sweet corn - 1/4 cup
  • Oil for cutlets

  1. Mix all the vegetables and mash well.
  2. Mix seasonings and sauces.
