Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup Makkai ka atta
  2. 1/2 cup jaggery shaker
  3. 1/4 cup coconut powder
  4. 2 Tbsp Desi ghee
  5. 7 to 8 badam
  6. 7 to8 cashew nuts
  7. 4 to 5 walnuts
  8. 2 Tbsp melon seed
  9. 1 Tbsp seasme seed

Instructions

  1. Take a heavy bottom pan put melon seed and dry roast.
  2. Then add seasme seed and dry roast..
  3. Then take a pan put ghee into it and fry badam,cashew nuts and walnuts.
  4. Then take an another pan put Makkai ka atta and dry roast for two to three minutes.
  5. After sautey atta SIM on the flame.
  6. When arroma start on coming add Desi ghee into it and sautey for one minute.
  7. Then add coconut powder,melon seed and seasme seed and again mix.
  8. Then switch off the gas.
  9. Then add sugar into it and mix all.
  10. Then add fry nuts into it.
  11. Serve hot with milk.
