  1. Potatoes boiled 4-6
  2. Green chillies 3-4
  3. Coriander leaves a handful
  4. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  5. Tomatoes 2
  6. Oil /ghee for frying pooris as desired
  7. Wheat flour 11/2 cup
  8. Garam masala 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. BOIL POTATOES CUT INTO BIG PIECES.CUT TOMATOES GREEN CHILLI, CORIANDER LEAVES TOO.
  2. HEAT OIL CRACKLE CUMIN SEEDS ADD TOMATO LET IT SAUTE FOR FEW MINUTES.ADD SPICES AND SALT IN IT.
  3. ADD POTATO AND MIX IT NICELY
  4. IT IS NOW NICELY MIXED WITH THE TOMATOES AND ALL SPICES
  5. ADD WATER IN IT.LET IT COOK FOR FEW MINUTES.
  6. PREPARE DOUGH OF WHEAT FLOUR
  7. SABZI IS GETTING READY
  8. PREPARE POORIS OF WHEAT FLOUR .
  9. HEAT GHEE OR OIL FRY POORIS IN IT
  10. YUM POORIS READY TO BE SERVED
  11. ENJOY DELICIOUS POORIS
