Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 cup boiling water
  2. 2 inch piece ginger root
  3. 1 lemon juice
  4. 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water over the ginger and let it sleep for 3 mins
  2. Mean while put the lemon juice and the honey in a large cup
  3. Straln the ginger tea into the mug
  4. Stir the dissolve the honey
  5. Taste and add more honey or lemon you like.
