Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Moong sprouts 1 tbsp
  2. Moth sprouts 1 tbsp
  3. Chane sprouts 1 tbsp
  4. Lemon juice 1 lemon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Black pepper 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak moong moth Desi chane separately
  2. Now keep it for a day or 2 for sprouting
  3. When sprouts are ready simply mix them add black pepper lemon juice salt
  4. Healthy salad is ready
