Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Ragi seeds 1/2 cup
  2. Salt or jaggery as required
  3. Ghee 2 tsp
  4. Dry fruit powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak ragi for 1-2 hr
  2. Grind it nicely using water
  3. Now fliter or strain it by using cloth or strainer to take ragi milk
  4. Ragi milk is ready.In pan add 1/4 cup of water and add ragi milk,add jaggery or salt,dry fruit powder.stir well till it reaches thick consistency.add little amount of ghee.
  5. Serve it warm
