ABOUT Wheat free garlic bread RECIPE

This gluten free garlic bread is a power pack nutritious meal to add in your meal with goodness of oats flour, flex seeds, almonds, apple and spinach. This can be had as main course with stir fry veggies or as snack with favourite dip or as brucheta.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Oats flour 1 cup
  2. Buckwheat flour 3/4 cup
  3. Almond meal 3/4 cup
  4. Flex meal 1/3 cup
  5. Oregano 2 tesp
  6. Black pepper powder 3/4 tesp
  7. Salt 3/4 tesp
  8. Baking powder 1 tesp
  9. Baking soda 1/2 tesp
  10. Eggs 2
  11. Milk 3/4 cup
  12. Oil 1/4 cup
  13. Unsweetened apple sauce 1/2 cup
  14. Roasted garlic 3 tbsp
  15. Spinach 1+1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Mix together all dry ingredients powdered oats, buckwheat flour, almond meal, flex meal, oregano, black pepper, salt, baking powder, baking soda.
  2. Whisk eggs in a separate bowl.
  3. To eggs add milk, oil, apple sauce and chopped roasted garlic.
  4. Mix dry ingredients in wet ingredients gradually.
  5. Batter should be thick and pourable.
  6. Add chopped spinach to batter.
  7. Pour the batter in a greased loaf tin.
  8. Tap a little.
  9. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree for about 50 minutes. (Do toothpick test).
  10. Cool a little and then cut into slices.
