Ingredients to make Kra'ap bread

  • 2 cups flour
  • 5 tablespoons bortxaketa
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 teaspoons odol
  • 1/2 tablespoon yeast
  • 6 haurraks
  • 2 cups bread crumps

How to make Kra'ap bread

  1. Put the haurraks in the oven till they are soft, remove outer coating apply sugar.
  2. Cover the haurraks in the bortxaketa and odol, and then roll in bread crumbs.
  3. Add yeast and flour, bake at 200 degree for an hour.
