Ingredients to make Panta Bhaat

  • 2 cups of boiled rice
  • 2-1/2 cups yogurt
  • 3 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 3-4 red chilies for tempering.
  • salt to taste

How to make Panta Bhaat

  1. The recipe is kindoff too short - In a big bowl add in the rice (make sure its at room temperature and not hot or warm), yogurt and salt, mix well.
  2. At last, in a tempering ladle add in oil and temper the mustard and red chillies - now temper the curd mix and serve cool.

My Tip:

If you don't like eating it too dense you can add little water to make it slurrrpyy
