ABOUT Panta Bhaat RECIPE

In Bengali families lot of delicacies are cooked where we all know rice being the staple and important dish.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups of boiled rice
  2. 2-1/2 cups yogurt
  3. 3 tsp oil
  4. 1 tsp mustard
  5. 3-4 red chilies for tempering.
  6. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. The recipe is kindoff too short - In a big bowl add in the rice (make sure its at room temperature and not hot or warm), yogurt and salt, mix well.
  2. At last, in a tempering ladle add in oil and temper the mustard and red chillies - now temper the curd mix and serve cool.
