Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Raw rice 1 cup
  2. Moong Dal 1/2 cup
  3. Jeera seeds 3 tsp
  4. Hing 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry Raw rice overnight
  2. Wash and dry Moong dal overnight
  3. In pan dry roast rice for 10 min.(till it reaches puffy)
  4. In pan add little amount of ghee and fry Moong dal.((till it colour changes))
  5. Dry roast jeera seeds and Hing for 2 min.
  6. Now grind all the ingredients into fine powder.sieve it and store it in airtight container
