How to make Caterpillars

  1. After thawing the frozen peas, cook spinach and peas in a pan till it softens and moisture evaporates. Add turmeric and salt
  2. Grind peas + spinach, ginger, garlic, green chillies to make a paste.
  3. Now mix above paste with boiled potato, oats, breadcrumbs, dry masalas and give a long cylindrical shape filling paneer in the middle ie shape of a caterpillar (5-6nos)
  4. In a non stick pan, shallow fry in oil till golden brown..
  5. Decorate with peas like a caterpillar
My Tip: After thawing the peas, boiling the peas gives it a soft texture ....v can also use fresh boiled peas...
