Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup besan
  2. 1 tsp turmeric
  3. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  4. 2 chopped onions
  5. 1 tomato chopped
  6. 3 green chillies chopped
  7. 5 to 6 pod garlic chopped
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  10. 1 spring curry leaves
  11. 1 dried red chilli

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add besan and 1 cup water. Mix well and keep aside.
  2. In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, dried red chilli and curry leaves.
  3. Add the onion and the garlic. Sauté till soft.
  4. Add tomato. Mix well and cook till soft. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Add salt and mix well.
  5. Add the besan mixure. Cook on low heat, stirring continuously, and adding water for the desired consistency.
  6. Serve hot with rice.
