ABOUT Fruit Honey Lassi RECIPE

This recipe is as colourful as it is tasty. Filled with seasonal fruits this lassi is very healthy and is super easy to make. It can be served in place of tea/coffee to guests or can be taken as a part of breakfast. Adding mango during the summer season makes it even more tasty but any season fruit can be used while preparing it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 banana cut into small pieces
  2. 1 apple pealed and cut into small square pieces
  3. 1 mango pealed and cut into small square pieces
  4. 1/2 cup papaya pealed and cut into small square pieces
  5. Any other seasonal fruit of your choice pealed and cut into small pieces
  6. 1/2 kg curd
  7. Few red cherries for garnishing
  8. Few dry dates for garnishing
  9. 2 tbsp Honey or Sugar
  10. Almond cut into thin slices for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Wash, peal and cut all the fruits of your choice into small square pieces.
  2. Take curd in a big bowl and whip it lightly to make a smooth paste.
  3. Add honey or sugar to the curd and adjust the sweetness according to your liking. Note that the fruits will also have their natural sweetness so add the honey accordingly.
  4. Now add all the cut fruits into the curd and mix well. Check the sweetness and adjust accordingly.
  5. Take tall glasses and pour in the fruit curd mixture into it.
  6. Garnish it with small pieces of cherry, dry dates and almonds
  7. Enjoy your healthy and tasty Fruit honey lassi.
