Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Corn 1 cup
  2. Potato 3
  3. Turmeric powder 2 tsp
  4. Chilli powder 3 tsp
  5. Green chilli
  6. Ginger paste 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala 2 tsp
  8. Salt as required
  9. Rice flour 3 tsp
  10. Bread crumbs 5 tsp
  11. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Boil corn and potato for 3-4 whistles.
  2. Grind 1/2 cup of corn,ginger paste.
  3. In bowl add ground paste, remaining half cup of corn,Boiled Mashed potato,chilli powder,Salt,Turmeric powder,bread crumbs,rice flour.Knead well to bind the dough
  4. Make balls and flatten it.In hot tawa apply oil and toast them on both sides untill golden colour.
  5. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
