Bush beans 10
Broad beans 10
Green peas 100gms
Raw banana 1/2
Shallots 100 gms

Bisibelebath masala 3 tablespoons
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Salt accordingly
For tempering
Ghee 50 ml
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
cashews 10
Red chillies 4
Curry leaves few
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions
SOAK 1 CUP RICE FOR 1 HOUR
COOK 1/2 CUP TOOR DAL WITH 4 CUPS WATER AND 1/2 TEASPOON TURMERIC POWDER
SAUTE CUBED MIXED VEGETABLES( CARROT,BUSHBEANS,DRUMSTICK,RAW BANANA,BROAD BEANS,SHALLOTS,WHOLE GARLIC) WITH LITTLE OIL IN A KADAI
ADD THE RICE TO THE BOILING DAL
ADD SALT ACCORDINGLY
ADD THE SAUTEED VEGETABLES WHICH ARE HALF COOKED
MIX WELL TOGETHER
SOAK AMLA SIZED TAMARIND IN WATER
ADD GREAN PEAS
ADD 3 TABLESPOONS OF BISIBELEBATH MASALA POWDER
ADD THE TAMARIND EXTRACT
COOK FOR 4-5 WHISTLES
TAKE RED CHILLIES,CASHEWS,CURRY LEAVES FOR TEMPERING AND CORIANDER LEAVES FOR GARNISHING
IN A KADAI ADD 50 ML OF GHEE
ADD MUSTARD SEEDS AND LET IT SPLUTTER
ADD THE CASHEWS AND FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
ADD RED CHILLIES
ADD CURRY LEAVES AND ASAFOETIDA
TEMPERING IS READY
OPEN THE COOKER ONCE THE PRESSURE IS RELEASED
ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
ADD THE TEMPERING
MIX WELL
PACK THE BISIBELEBATH WITH POTATO CHIPS
