Gajjar halwa without Sugar yet very tasty.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 k.g. Greted Juicy sweet Carrots , keep 1 cup from this , aside .
  2. Sugarfree granuals 1 and 1/2 Tab spoon.
  3. 1 cup Fresh Malai ( home made is best OR amul )
  4. 1 t.spoon Elaychi powder
  5. 1 big tb.spoon Kishmish soaked for 10/mints , Washed and drained
  6. 1 big tb spoon Cashew cut into 1 x 4 pieces.
  7. Squeezed Juice of carrot that was kept aside

Instructions

  1. Squeeze juice of that one cup carrot via Fruit net bags or sieve. Keep aside. Use the remaining of this carrot as salad decoration or make parantha or sandwiches
  2. In a thick bottom skittle add Grated carrots , juice and malai over medium heat till its well combine and start to cook a bit , lower the heat & cook further till just done .
  3. Add sugar free & soked / drained kishmish. Cook further on lowest heat , till its all fregrent & shiny.
  4. Garnish with cashews Serve hot.
  5. U can adjest sweetness but I always find it very balanced sweet. If carrots & fresh juice is really sweet u many times hardly need sugar free , so add 1/2 tab spoon at a time.
