Soya chunks, gives you all essential amino acids along with vitamin B, folate, vitamin K, calcium, magnesium, iron and fibre that improves overall health and reduces cholesterol..its a high protien content for vegetarian people and very healthy for kids too

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 big bowl of nutrela soya chunks
  2. 1 cup of mix vegetables ( cabbage , capsicum ,cauliflower, tomato )
  3. 1 medium sized onion chopped
  4. 1 green chilly finely chopped
  5. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  7. 1/2 tsp cumin
  8. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  9. 2 tbsp corn flour
  10. Oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. In a pan add water to boil, when start boilng add soya chunks into it , boil for 2 minutes then leave for 5 minutes
  2. After 5 minutes soya chunks will be soft and increase in size
  3. Now squeeze the soya chunks to remove excess water and gring in a mixer grinder and keep aside
  4. Now in a pan heat 1 tsp oil , add cumin to splutter , ginger garlic paste and onion and saute for few seconds
  5. Now add all the mux vegetetable and cook few seconds to soft a little
  6. Now mix these soften vegetables into soya chunks mixture
  7. Add red chilly powder , salt , lemin juice into it
  8. Add corn flour into this mixture
  9. Mix it to combine all the ingredients and make kababs of any shape
  10. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kababs till crisp or light brown
  11. Serve hot with sauce and chutney
