Ingredients to make Shakkarkandi Chaat

  • Shakkarkandi(sweet potato) 3 pieces
  • Onions,finely chopped 1
  • Tomato,finely chopped 1
  • Cucumber finely chopped 1/4
  • Radish finely chopped 1/4
  • Meethi chutney
  • Hari dhaniya chutney
  • Pomegrenate few pieces
  • Some ginger julienes
  • Green chilli finely chopped
  • Red chilli powder
  • Chaat masala
  • Bhuna jeera
  • Hara dhaniya/Coriander

How to make Shakkarkandi Chaat

  1. Roast shakkarkandi and peel off the cover and cut into pieces.
  2. Mix all ingredients except chutneys.
  3. Last mix both chutney, add pomegranate and hara dhaniya.
