Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup maida
  2. 1/4 cup ghee
  3. Water as required 1 tsp ajwain
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 4 Potato
  6. 1/2 cupGreen peas
  7. 3/4 tsp jeera
  8. 3/4 tsp Garam masala
  9. 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  10. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Boil potato and peas.
  2. Mix together ajwain,salt ,flour and ghee.and make dough.
  3. Heat a pan .add cumin, ginger ,green chilly paste,add dry fruit, potaoes, peas ,mix well.
  4. Then take some dough, roll to balls,
  5. Begin to roll oval shape. Cut it to two.fill the cone with porato masala.and smear water on the edges.
  6. Finish making all the samosaa.
  7. Heat oil in a pan.
  8. Add the samosaa to the oil and deep fry.
