Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Tbsp rajma / red kidney beans
  2. 2 Tbsp chana dal / gram lentil
  3. 2 Tbsp black urad dal / lentil
  4. 10 Chopped garlic cloves
  5. 2 Chopped onion
  6. 3 Chopped tomato
  7. 2 Chopped green chilly
  8. 1 Tsp red chilly powder
  9. 1 Tsp coriander powder
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 4 Tsp oil
  12. 6 Cup water
  13. 1 Tsp coriander leaves
  14. 1/2 Tsp turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. Soak rajma / red kidney beans,gram lentil /chana dal and black urad dal / lentil.
  2. After six hours strain the water.
  3. Pressure cook lentil / dal.
  4. After 3 - 4 whistle switch off the gas.
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Heat oil in a pan.
  6. Add garlic cloves and saute for one mins.
  7. Add chopped onion and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
  8. Add chopped tomatoes,green chilly and cook well.
  9. Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder ,coriander powder and salt and mix well.
  10. Add lentil / dal and cook 10 mins in a low flame.
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
