Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Pudina / mint leaves - 1/2 cup
  2. Curd - 1 cup
  3. Green chilly - 2
  4. Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. Black salt - 1/2 tsp
  7. Sugar - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a blender add mint leaves / pudina,green chilly and 1 tbsp curd to make a paste.
  2. Beat the curd.
  3. Sprinkle black salt, salt,sugar and roasted cumin powder.
  4. Add mint leaves paste and mix well.
  5. Serve with biryani
