Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100gm sabudana over night socked
  2. One medium potatoe chopped
  3. 1/2 ladle oil
  4. 1/4 tbs mustard seeds
  5. 1/4 tbs jeera
  6. 2 tbs roasted peanuts
  7. 2 Green chiles
  8. 5 to 6 Kadi patta
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Sugar 1/4 spoon
  11. Coriander leaves for garnishing
  12. 1/2 lime jucie

Instructions

  1. Soak sabudana over night in just little amount of water which just cover the sabudana.
  2. In a pan put oil heat it then add mustard seeds let it cracle, then add jeera then add green chillies and Kadi patta
  3. Now add chopped Aloo fry on low flame till soft
  4. Now add salt, sugar, sabudana,peanuts and lime water mix well n cover with lid n put on low flame for few minutes then garnish with green coriander leaves serve hot.
