Ingredients: 1cup non dairy whipping cream ( I use Tropolite); 8-10 strawberries; Sugar 1tbsp; Hershey's strawberry or raspberry syrup 2tbsp (optional)

I love strawberries. Nothing better than this cool dessert on a very cool Sunday.

Ingredients Serving: 4

1cup non dairy whipping cream ( I use Tropolite)
8-10 strawberries
Sugar 1tbsp
Hershey's strawberry or raspberry syrup 2tbsp (optional)

Instructions

Clean wash and chop strawberries finely.(keep few strawberries separate for garnishing)
Add 2tbsp sugar(powdered)to strawberries and keep away for 5min.
Whip the cream till stiff. It should be double in size
Keep 8-10 tbsp cream away for garnishing
Mix the cream with strawberries
Put in a serving bowl
Put remaining cream in a piping bag with a star nozzle
Make tiny whirls of cream on the top to cover the dessert
Decorate with a splash of Hershey's syrup and left over strawberries
Serve chilled
