Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Milk - 2lts
  2. Gobindovog rice - 175grms
  3. Jaggery - 500grms
  4. Salt - 1 pinch
  5. Mixed dry fruits- 1 full bowls
  6. Water - 2 cups

Instructions

  1. Take a heavy bottom pan and pour the milk.
  2. Wait till the milk comes to boil. Now keep the flame to medium and keep stirring.
  3. Take another heavy bottom pan and add water and also add 2 cup boiling milk to it and let it boil.
  4. Wash the rice and add it to water and milk mixture.
  5. Boil the rice till it becomes soft and messy.
  6. Now wait till the milk become half of its real quantity and add salt.
  7. Add the messy rice to thickened milk and keep stirring.
  8. Keep it on boil for more 10-15mins and half of mixed dry fruits.
  9. Now keep it out from the flame.
  10. Now add Jaggery and keep stirring till it mixed completely.
  11. Garnish it with dry fruits.
