Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled eggs - 2
  2. Bread slices - 4
  3. Green chutney - 2 tbsp
  4. (Chopped Mint leaves,coriander leaves each half cup,2 green chilli,lime juice and salt to taste)
  5. garlic mayonnaise - 4 tsp

Instructions

  1. boil eggs. peel and cut into half and keep aside.
  2. Cut the edges of bread,apply green chutney on one slice and mayonnaise on other slice .Place the cut boiled egg pieces.Close it.
  3. Keep it in sandwich maker for a minute.Ready.
  4. Cut the sandwich into half and serve.
