ABOUT Suji and oats mini discs RECIPE

It's very easy and healthy dish for every one. Very light and fibrous for easy digest with full of nutritious veggies like green peas carrots cabbage onions tomatoes.It is made with very simple ingredients like suji and oats mixed with curd and veggies with simple spices. The important factor of this chilla cum veggie discs is that you can add any veggies of your choice and make it instantly whenever you want. No need of of soaking or preparing the batter.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. One bowl sooji
  2. Quarter cup of oats
  3. 2 cups of Curd
  4. One cup finely chopped veggies ( carrots cabbage capsicum peas tomatoes green chillies etc)
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Chopped fresh coriander leaves
  7. Oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Prepare batter using sooji curd oats and salt. Add water if required ( it should not be thick or very runny)
  2. Then add chopped veggies and mix
  3. Heat tawa and apply oil. Take one laddle of batter and spread it on it
  4. Cook few seconds and then flip to other side
  5. Cook both the sides till done
  6. Serve with ketchup or chutneys of your choice
