Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Little millet : 1 cup
  2. Toor dal : 1/2 cup
  3. Salt
  4. oil
  5. Sambar powder : 2 tsp
  6. Tomato : 1
  7. Potato : 1
  8. Onion : 1
  9. Green chilli : 1
  10. Carrot : 1
  11. Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
  12. Cumin seeds : 1/2 tsp
  13. Mustard seeds : 1/2 tsp
  14. curry leaves
  15. Tamarind water : 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Soke the little millet rice for 10 min
  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker add mustard seeds, cumin seeds
  3. Add curry leaves, green chillies, onion
  4. Add chopped potato, tomato, carrot saute for 2 mins
  5. Add salt, sambar powder, turmeric powder
  6. Add soked little Millet, toor dal
  7. Add 2 and 1/2 cup water
  8. Add 1/2 cup tamarind water and mix well
  9. Cook for 15 mins over medium flame
