Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. :maple_leaf::sunflower:For milk pudding:
  2. Aloe Vera leaf 1 large
  3. Liquid milk. 1/2 litre( thickend crramy milk)
  4. Sugar. 3&1/2. Tbs
  5. :corn: corn flour. 2 tbs
  6. Oats. 1 tbs
  7. Boiled carrot paste. 1 tbs
  8. Dry fruits chopped. 1&1/2 tbs
  9. Nigella/kalongi. 1 tsp
  10. Rose:rose: water 1 tbs
  11. Salt. 1/3 tsp
  12. Lamon:lemon: juice. 1 tsp
  13. :maple_leaf: Topping.
  14. Liquid milk. 1/4 cup
  15. Corn flour. 1&1/2 tbs
  16. Carrot paste. 1/2 tbs
  17. Coco powder. 1/2 tbs
  18. Sugar. 1/2. Tbs

Instructions

  1. Aloe Vera preparing: Peel off the outer green skin of aloe vera.cut in to 4/5 pieces.
  2. Boil it in two cups of water.add lamon juice and 1/2 tbs sugar in that water.
  3. After 5/6 minutes strain it & rins in cooling water.
  4. Give all pieces into very small dice cut.
  5. Process:
  6. : In a heavy pot add milk, sugar,corn flour,oats,carrot paste,salt, turn on flame.give a continuous stir.
  7. Add dry fruits,aloe Vera crystals.give a stir.(use 1&1/2 tbs aloe Vera crystal)
  8. Cook on low flame.untill milk is thickened.add rose water.
  9. Topping prosidure:
  10. Mix sugar,Coco powder, carrot paste,& milk together.
  11. Cook on low flame untill thick paste is formed& stir continuously.
  12. Add topping in piping beg.& Set aside for cooling down.
  13. Assembling:
  14. In serving bowl/glass add aloe Vera pudding according to ur serve.
  15. Garnish with carrot,cocoa topping.
  16. Sprinkle finely chopped nuts en circleing serving bowl.
  17. Sprinkle some nigella seeds over aloe Vera mahllabia .chill in refrigerator & serve.
