Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup fool makkane
  2. 2 Tbsp milk maid
  3. 2 Tbsp jaggery
  4. 2 Tbsp Cream
  5. 1 spoon seasme seed

Instructions

  1. Take a pan put makkane in to it and dry roast and grinds the mixture.
  2. Then take an another pan put jaggery in to it and melting some time then put on pie mold.
  3. Then take a bowl put cream,milk maid,seasme seed and Makkana powder in it to it and mix all then put on pie mold.
  4. Then take a steamed pan put half water into it when steamed start put pie mold into it and cover the lid and steamed twenty minutes.
  5. Then gas flame is low to medium.After twenty minutes demold the steamed Bugga.
  6. Serve with charries and sprinkle seasme seeds
