Instead of having something junk, I wished to try a chat with sprouts. Yep,, it was really good. It is not exactly a weight loss snack. But it is a healthy snack. You could include this snack once or twice in a month. Not more than that. Try this chat. You will definitely love this. It is rich in B-Complex Vitamins.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Thattai - 8, small sized
  2. Onion - 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  3. Tomato - 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  4. Coriander Leaves - 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  5. Bujhiya - 1 Tablespoon
  6. Tamarind Chutney - 1 Tablespoon
  7. Mint Chutney - 1 Tablespoon
  8. Curd - 2 Tablespoons
  9. Chat Masala and Chilli Powder - little
  10. Sugar and Salt - little

Instructions

  1. Take sprouts in a bowl. Add salt and give a mix.Add chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves.
  2. Add tamarind chutney and mint chutney.
  3. Give a good mix. Take the serving plate. Place thattais.
  4. Top it with the mixed moong sprout mixture. Top it with curd mixed with sugar.
  5. Sprinkle some chilli powder and chat masala powder over it. Top it with very very little bhujia.
  6. You are done. Very tasty and very healthy chat with healthy sprouts will be ready in few minutes.
