Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mini burger buns 4
  2. Dr.Oetker Tandoori mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
  3. Fresh fenugreek leaves a fistful
  4. Green peas 1 cup cooked
  5. Green chilli 1
  6. Ginger 1/2 inch
  7. Garlic 2 pods
  8. Cheese Cubes 2
  9. Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  10. Salt accordingly
  11. Bread crumbs of 2 slices
  12. Cabbage julienned 1 tablespoon
  13. Onion julienned 1 tablespoon
  14. Tomato slices few (round)
  15. Kasuri methi 1 tsp
  16. Roasted jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  17. Tooth picks few

Instructions

  1. In a kadai add coarsely crushed ginger,garlic and green chillies.
  2. Saute well and then add finely chopped methi leaves and the boiled green peas.
  3. Add salt and garam masala
  4. Mash them well with back of the ladle.
  5. Cool. Add the bread crumbs and mix well.
  6. Keep the grated cheese inside as filling and make patties
  7. Shallow fry the tikkies
  8. In a bowl mix the tandoori mayonnaise,cabbage,onion, kasoori methi,roasted jeera powder gently
  9. Now cut the buns into horizontal pieces
  10. Place a tablespoon of mayonnaise mix,a tikki on the lower piece.
  11. Then top it with mayonnaise mix again and keep a slice of tomato
  12. Place the other slice of bun on top
  13. Secure it with a tooth pick and serve immediately with tomato sauce
