  1. Soaked kabuli Channa 2 cup
  2. Grated coconut 1/2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Water 1/2 cup
  5. Cooking oil 1 tsp
  6. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  7. Urad dal 1 tsp
  8. Red chilli 1 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  10. Coriander leaves chopped 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE A CUP OF SOAKED KABULI CHANNA, ADD 1/2 CUP OF WATER
  2. ADD SALT TO TASTE AND CLOSE THE COOKER LID, PRESSURE COOK FOR ONE WHISTLE.
  3. HEAT OIL, ADD MUSTARD SEEDS, LET IT CRACKLE
  4. ADD URAD DAL AND RED CHILLI, LET IT FRY
  5. ADD COCONUT
  6. CHILLI POWDER, MIX WELL
  7. STRAIN AND ADD COOKED KABULI CHANNA
  8. ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, MIX WELL AND SERVE IN HOT
