Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Agar agar 5gms
  2. Water + tender coconut water 500 ml
  3. Sugar 1/2 cup ( add more if u like more sweet)
  4. Tender coconut flesh (1/2 cup chopped)

Instructions

  1. Add agar agar powder in water and bring to boil.
  2. Once it dissolved completely add sugar and coconut water.
  3. Stir for 5 mins on low flame.
  4. Switch off the flame and pour in mould and add chopped coconut flesh on top.
  5. Chill and serve...
  6. It tastes delicious....
