Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients to make Strawberry Mousse

  • Strawberries 10
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Gelatine 1 tsp
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 200 ml (25% fat)

How to make Strawberry Mousse

  1. Wash the berries, pat dry and cut into halves.
  2. Mix gelatin in warm water and keep aside.
  3. Blend the strawberries with sugar.
  4. Mix with the cream.
  5. Add gelatin and stir. Put in bowls and set in refrigerator.
My Tip: Use amul cream. If you are using home made cream, blend it well. Gelatine can be substituted with agar agar to make it vegetarian. Cooking time here means the setting time of the dessert.
