ABOUT Strawberry Mousse RECIPE

A perfect dessert for the Valentine's Day.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Strawberries 10
  2. Sugar 1 tbsp
  3. Gelatine 1 tsp
  4. Water 2 tbsp
  5. Fresh cream 200 ml (25% fat)

Instructions

  1. Wash the berries, pat dry and cut into halves.
  2. Mix gelatin in warm water and keep aside.
  3. Blend the strawberries with sugar.
  4. Mix with the cream.
  5. Add gelatin and stir. Put in bowls and set in refrigerator.
