Vegetable Hakka Noodles is very common lunch box item in my home. In my family younger or older everybody love to have it in their lunch box. Hakka means fried and literary I always try to use lots of veggies which is available. It is a good dish to serve veggies in tasty way. It is easy to make and one pot meal,we don't ned to make anything to accompany this.it is very tasty. Happy me and my family.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup boiled noodles
  2. 1 cup shredded cabbage
  3. 1/2 cup sliced carrot and green beans
  4. 1/4 cup sliced bell pepper
  5. 1 cup chopped onion
  6. 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
  7. 1/2 tbsp chopped green chilies
  8. 2 tbsp soy sauce
  9. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  10. Salt for seasoning
  11. Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. HEAT VEGETABLE OIL AND ADD CHOPPED GARLIC AND GREEN CHILIES
  3. FRY FOR 5 MINUTES
  4. ADD CHOPPED ONION SLICES.
  5. ADD SLICED CARROT AND GREEN BEANS ,FRY A LITTLE.
  6. ADD CHOPPED CABBAGE AND GIVE A STIR.
  7. ADD SLICED BELL PEPPERS.
  8. MIX ALL VEGETABLES WELL THEN ADD SALT,PEPPER AND SOY SAUCE.
  9. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS VERY WELL IN HIGH FLAME.
  10. WHEN VEGETABLE IS DONE ADD BOILED NOODLES.
  11. INCORPORATE NOODLES WITH VEGETABLES AND FRY .
  12. VEGETABLE HAKKA NOODLES IS READY.
