STRAWBERRY YOGURT PANNACOTTA

Ingredients to make STRAWBERRY YOGURT PANNACOTTA

  • Strawberry yogurt 100ml
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Strawberry juice 1/4 cup
  • Gelatin 1+1/2 tsp
  • Balsamic vinegar 4 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp

How to make STRAWBERRY YOGURT PANNACOTTA

  1. Slightly warm juice and sprinkle gelatine over it.stir well after 5 min.
  2. Boil Balsamic vinegar and sugar till thick.
  3. Heat cream and add gelatine mixture in it.stir well
  4. Pour strawberry yogurt in it ,Mix well and fill in desired dishes.
  5. Keep in fridge for an hour at least. Unmoulding it and serve with Balsamic glaze or fresh strawberries
