ABOUT Spaghetti Bolognese with Golden Paneer Balls RECIPE

This is a heavenly combination of soft golden paneer balls in tomatoe sauce with the silliness of spaghetti noodles.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. GOLDEN BALLS- Paneer 100 gm
  2. Boiled potato 1
  3. Capsicum 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  4. Carrot 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  5. Cabbage 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  6. Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
  8. Oregano 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. BOLOGNESE SAUCE- Olive oil 1 tbsp
  11. Garlic cloves 2, crushed
  12. Onion 1, finely chopped
  13. Tomatoes 3-4
  14. Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  15. Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp
  16. Red chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
  17. Salt to taste
  18. SPAGHETTI 100 gm

Instructions

  1. SLIT 3-4 TOMATOES AND BOIL FOR 2 MINUTES.
  2. BOIL 100 GM SPAGHETTI IN SALTY WATER FOR 8-10 MINUTES.
  3. GRATE 100 GM PANEER AND 1 POTATO.
  4. ADD 1/4 C CAPSICUM, 1/4 C CARROT AND 1/4 CUP CABBAGE. ADD SALT, PEPPER, OREGANO AND CHILLI FLAKES.
  5. MAKE SMALL BALLS FROM THIS MIXTURE.
  6. FRY THE PANEER BALLS TILL GOLDEN COLOUR.
  7. PEEL THE TOMATOES. PUREE 2 TOMATOES AND CHOP 1 TOMATO.
  8. HEAT OIL. COOK 2 GARLIC CLOVES AND 1 ONION, CHOPPED.
  9. ADD TOMATO PUREE AND CHOPPED TOMATOES. COOK FOR 10-12 MINUTES.
  10. ADD SALT, PEPPER, ITALIAN SEASONING AND CHILLI FLAKES. ADD LITTLE WATER IF REQUIRED.
  11. SERVE SAUCE OVER SPAGHETTI NOODLES AND PLACE PANEER BALLS ON TOP.
