3 Layered Healthy Valentine Special Hearts

Ingredients to make 3 Layered Healthy Valentine Special Hearts

  • Seedless Dates - 10
  • Almonds - 5
  • Cocoa Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - a Pinch
  • Butter - 3 tbsp
  • Milk Powder - 1/4 cup
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Liquid Rose Essence - 5 drops
  • Milk - 2 tbsp

How to make 3 Layered Healthy Valentine Special Hearts

  1. Blend 10 seedless dates, 5 almonds, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/4 tsp vanilla essence, salt and 1 tbsp butter in a blender until a thick paste is formed.
  2. Grease a plate with 1/2 tbsp butter and spread the ground paste on the plate. Grease the back of a stainless steel spoon with ghee and spread the mixture smoothly with the back of the spoon.
  3. Mix 5 drops of liquid rose essence with 2 tbsp milk and keep it ready.
  4. Take a mixing bowl. Add 1/4 cup milk powder, 1 tbsp sugar and vanilla essence. Mix well. Sprinkle prepared rose milk and knead the mixture. Make a soft dough.
  5. Grease another plate with 1/2 tbsp butter and spread the ground paste on the plate. Grease the back of another stainless steel spoon with ghee and spread the mixture smoothly.
  6. Cut both the layers gently with heart shaped cookie cutter.
  7. Take one heart and place rose milk layer on top of the dates and nuts heart. Place another dates and nut heart on top of the rose milk layer. Repeat this procedure to make more healthy hearts.
  8. Three Layered Healthy hearts are ready.

My Tip:

Sprinkle milk little by little. Add only as much as required to knead the dough.
