Ingredients to make Red Velvet Cake Mix Bars

  • 1 Box of Red Velvet Cake Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cup of of M&Ms

How to make Red Velvet Cake Mix Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cake mix, egg, butter and vanilla until well blended.
  3. Fold in half of the M&M's.
  4. Press batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle with the remaining M&Ms, pressing them into the batter.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Allow to completely cool before cutting into bars.

My Tip:

Use gems if M&Ms are not available.
