ABOUT MACARONI FRUIT SALAD RECIPE

This is a healthy and delicious salad for all occasions.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1-1/2 cups Mayonnaise
  2. 1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
  3. 1 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
  4. 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  5. 1 cup Dry Macaroni pasta
  6. 2 Tablespoon Grated Onion
  7. 2 cups Seedless Grapes halved
  8. 1 cup chopped Celery
  9. 1 cup Pineeapple Tidbits or fresh Chopped Pineapple
  10. 1 large Red Apple Diced
  11. 1/2 cup Slivered Almonds

Instructions

  1. Cook Macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl mix together Mayonnaise, Cider Vinegar, Sugar, and Salt. Stir well to combine.
  3. In a large mixing bowl add remaining ingredients, including cooked Macaroni Noodles.
  4. Pour sauce over top and toss to combine. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
