ABOUT Homemade Mayonnaise RECIPE

It barely takes two minutes to put together your own mayonnaise, so why buy store-bought?

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 whole egg
  2. 125 ml oil
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Pepper to taste
  5. mustard powder 1/2 tsp or to taste
  6. 1 tblsp chopped coriander leaves
  7. Sugar to taste
  8. lemon juice to taste

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add a whole egg, chopped coriander leaves, mustard powder, salt and pepper. Blend well until the flavours are combined.
  2. Pour 125 ml, oil in a slow stream until the egg mixture thickens and emulsifies. It will nearly triple in size.
  3. Squeeze in a bit of lemon juice and adjust for seasoning.

You've mentioned it as veg but added egg in it..how come? Pls post a veg mayonnaise recipe
