Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Dosa rice 2 cup
  2. Tender coconut pulp 1 cup
  3. Salt 3/4 tsp
  4. Water 2 -3 cup
  5. Cooking oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. WASH AND SOAK THE RICE IN WATER FOR 4 HOURS.
  2. ADD TENDER COCONUT'S PULP / MEAT, AND SALT
  3. GRIND SMOOTHLY BY ADDING WATER AND TRANSFER INTO A VESSEL
  4. APPLY OIL TO HEATED TAVA
  5. POUR LADLEFUL OF BATTER, CLOSE THE LID
  6. OPEN THE LID, REMOVE AND SERVE
