ABOUT Sugar Dosa RECIPE

Fenugreek seeds dosa is sprinkle with sugar for good taste. It gives good aroma and sweet taste.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cup dosa rice
  2. 1/4 cup fenugreek seeds
  3. Water
  4. Salt
  5. Sugar 1 cup
  6. Ghee 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. WASH AND SOAK THE RICE ALONG WITH THE FENUGREEK SEEDS FOR COUPLE OF HOURS OR OVERNIGHT.
  2. ADD WATER AND SALT, GRIND SMOOTHLY
  3. TRANSFER BATTER INTO A VESSEL, CLOSE THE LID, LET IT BE FERMENTATION OVERNIGHT
  4. CHECK THE FERMENTATION
  5. POUR BATTER INTO HOT TAWA
  6. SPREAD SUGAR 1 TSP
  7. AFTER I MINUTE, OPEN THE LID, DRIZZLE SOME GHEE, CLOSE THE LID AND
  8. OPEN THE LID AND FLIP OVER IT TO COOK ANOTHER SIDE
  9. REMOVE AND SERVE
