ABOUT Mad Angles Crunchy Burger RECIPE

Burger is a sandwich loved by all age groups, here I bring you on my style Mad angle crunchy burger to gorge on. The crunchy patty, crispy mad angels, soft bun, spicy & creamy sauces, this is a plethora of taste, texture and flavours. Look no further, skip the fast food store and make some at home.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For patty -
  2. 3 potatoes ( boiled&mashed)
  3. 2 tbsp coriander chopped
  4. ½ cup Panko bread crumbs
  5. 3 tbsp bread crumbs
  6. ½ tsp salt
  7. ½ tsp pepper
  8. ¼ tsp chat masala
  9. ¼ tsp garam masala
  10. 1 tbsp maida
  11. 1 tbsp Corn flour
  12. Oil for deep frying
  13. For mayonnaise paste -
  14. ½ cup mayonnaise
  15. ¼ cup chopped capsicum
  16. ¼ cup chopped carrot
  17. ¼ cup chopped onion
  18. ¼ cup chopped cabbage
  19. ¼ tsp salt
  20. ¼ tsp pepper
  21. For finishing burger -
  22. 2 pcs burger buns
  23. 2 tbsp butter
  24. 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  25. 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  26. 1 pack Bingo mad angels

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add in the mashed potatoes along with the bread crumbs, salt, pepper and chat masala mix well.
  2. Shape the tikkies, and roll them in bread crumbs and keep aside.
  3. In a another bowl add maida and cornflour mixed together with water to make the slurry.
  4. Dip the bread crumbs coated tikkis in maida & cornflour slurry and then coat again with bread crumbs and keep aside.
  5. Shallow fry the tikkis in hot oil until golden both sides and take down.
  6. In a bowl add all veggies and mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mix well.
  7. Slice a burger bun into two horizontally and toast it in pan with some butter.
  8. Assemble the burger begin with some chilli sauce, ketchup on the bottom part of the bun.
  9. Now place mayonnaise veggies paste, then goes in the patty.
  10. Arrange mad angles, some more veggies paste on top.
  11. Cover and serve hot.
