Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Atta- 1 cup
  2. Desi ghee(Cow) - half k.g
  3. Kaju [cashew nuts] - 200 gm
  4. ‎Kishmish [raisins] -150 gm
  5. ‎khuskhus [poppy seeds] -100 gm
  6. ‎kamarkas-20 gm
  7. Makhane- 150 gm
  8. ‎chaar magaz [melon seeds] - 50 gm
  9. Saunth powder [ginger powder] - 50 gm
  10. Ajwayen [carom seeds] - 1 tbspn
  11. ‎Desi khand- half kg
  12. Shakker [sugar] - 150 gm.
  13. ‎Til [sesame seeds] - 1 tbspn
  14. Akhrot [walnuts] - 100 gm
  15. ‎Kalonji [nigella seeds] - 50 gm.
  16. Gaund-100 gm
  17. Dry Nariyal [coconut] - 100 gm
  18. ‎sooji [semolina] -100 gm
  19. ‎Musli- 100 gm
  20. Dakhni mirch- 10 daane

Instructions

  1. Take half desi in a heavy kadai, roast All dry fruits and grind it.
  2. ‎Take makhane, gaund ,roast in ghee and grind it.
  3. Add ‎khuskhus, Nariyal ,saunth and kamarkus, Dakhni mirch,musli,til and Ajwayen, roast them. Mix all roasted ingredients.
  4. ‎Add ghee put Atta and sooji. Roast on low flame till than brown. Add all the ingredients mix well mix desi khand.
  5. Make ladoo ,eat one with milk in winter in the morning for energy. Keep healthy.
