ABOUT Banana raita RECIPE

A perfect raita, which is delicious and healthy too, to be served with some pulao.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ripe banana sliced - 2
  2. Hung curd - 1/2 cup
  3. Black salt - to taste
  4. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chilly powder - 1/2
  6. Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Hung the curd in a muslin cloth for 2-3 hours and then prepare raita.
  2. Beat the hang curd, sprinkle black salt. roasted cumin seeds, sugar and red chilly powder.
  3. Add banana and mix well.
  4. Serve with biryani.
